Master's in Management & International Business - building bridges between cultures, markets and people.
I'm Kim - a 23-year-old graduate finishing a Master's in Management and International Business with a French/American major at IAE Caen. My path mixes the rigour of literature with the energy of commerce, and I'm happiest where languages, people and ideas meet.
An exchange year in Portsmouth gave me more than fluent English - it taught me how to read a room in a new culture, adapt quickly, and bring people together across differences.
“Organised, empathetic and open-minded - with the cultural agility to turn change into opportunity.”
Focused on British & American literature and history. Sharpened my translation, writing and critical thinking; studied Spanish as a second language.
A year in the Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences - a new educational system that enriched my skills and broadened how I learn and work.
Taught entirely in English - a deep dive into international management, trade and the agility today's business demands.
An online program in core finance - financial statements, markets, equities, bonds and macro indicators - plus hands-on navigation of the Bloomberg terminal used across banking and corporate finance.
Required to study at the University of Portsmouth, I sat the IELTS and achieved a B2 result. Since then, my exchange year and daily immersion have taken my English well beyond that - to confident, professional fluency.
Music, movement and a good eye. The disciplines I keep outside of work shape the way I show up inside it - patient, precise and present.

I love photography - composition, light and detail. When I travel I seek out museums and exhibitions, discovering new styles and cultures that broaden how I see the world.
Currently interning at CA Britline, Crédit Agricole Normandie, and seeking full-time opportunities from September 2026. I'd love to hear from you.
